Basmati Rice
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup rice
2 tablespoons ghee (or butter)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 ¾ cups water
Methods:
In saucepan heat ghee and then add rice.
Stir rice on medium heat for 1 minute. Add water and spices and bring to a
boil. Cover and put on low heat to simmer for 18 minutes.
Serve hot.
Serves 4
